  • We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our team, focusing on expanding the market for eFACiLiTY, our cutting-edge facility management software. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience in software product or SaaS sales and will be responsible for driving growth in India and various international regions – Middle East, Africa and Asia-Pacif

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Generation & Pipeline Management

    Proactively identify new business opportunities and manage a robust sales pipeline for eFACiLiTY across India and other international markets.

  • Client Engagement

    Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure the successful sale of eFACiLiTY products and services.

  • Product Knowledge

    Gain an in-depth understanding of the eFACiLiTY product portfolio and demonstrate the value and benefits to prospective clients through presentations, demos, and discussions.

  • Sales Cycle Management

    Own the complete sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring all client requirements are met.

  • Regional Focus

    Take ownership of business development efforts across India, the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and Europe.

  • Client Satisfaction & Retention

    Ensure post-sale client satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to grow the business from existing accounts.

Requirements
  • 5-6 years of proven experience in Enterprise Software Product/SaaS Sales, with a focus on B2B environments.

  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in India and international markets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment with a focus on closing high-value deals.

  • Knowledge of Facility Management Software or related domains will be a plus.

  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
