Roles and Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Selection

    • Assist in creating job postings and advertisements.

    • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.

    • Coordinate interviews and support the interview process.

    • Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.

  • Employee Onboarding and Offboarding

    • Assist in preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.

    • Process employee documentation, including contracts, benefits forms, and employee data updates.

    • Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records.

  • HR Administration

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.

    • Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.

    • Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management programs.

    • Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.

  • Training and Development

    • Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.

    • Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and participant communication.

    • Maintain training records and track employee training completion.

  • Employee Relations

    • Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.

    • Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances.

    • Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.

  • Compliance

    • Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

    • Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
