Assist in creating job postings and advertisements.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews and support the interview process.
Assist in conducting background checks and reference checks.
Assist in preparing new hire documentation and conducting orientation sessions.
Process employee documentation, including contracts, benefits forms, and employee data updates.
Support the offboarding process by conducting exit interviews and updating employee records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Assist in drafting HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
Support HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement surveys and performance management programs.
Prepare HR reports and presentations as required.
Assist in organizing training programs and workshops.
Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling and participant communication.
Maintain training records and track employee training completion.
Provide support in resolving employee inquiries and concerns.
Assist in investigating employee complaints and grievances.
Help maintain a positive and inclusive work environment.
Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
