Job Description

Candidates will be trained on eFACiLiTY® – one of the world’s most comprehensive Computer Aided Facility Management (CAFM) / Integrated Workplace Management System (IWMS) to become a CAFM/IWMS expert consultant for implementing these solutions for customers in India & abroad.

  • Will be provided training in the CAFM/IWMS domain

  • To learn and conduct Product Demos/Presentations

  • Conduct CAFM/IWMS training for customers

  • Provide CAFM/IWMS application support

  • Understand customer requirements and perform gap analysis

  • Document the additional requirements

  • Coordinate with the software development team to implement new features

  • Test & Release the new features to customers

  • Coordinate the successful implementation of CAFM/IWMS projects

Required Skills

A degree in the domain covering Facility Management / Workplace Management

  • Good Communication Skills for Interpersonal Skills

  • Logical and analytical thinking capability

  • Aspiring to work in the Facility Management / Workplace Management domain

  • Good knowledge in using MS Office/basic Software Applications
